I came to PSC Biotech Corporation to transform the eLearning courses within leveraging the corporate university and the management of the LMS. As a result, I used the Instructional Systems Design model (ADDIE) to make this learning transformation possible. Here, I established priorities beginning with an understanding of the business' needs, timeline, eLearning authoring tools, and budget. In order for my team and I to be able to follow the steps, I created process flows that were in line with ADDIE. These process flows were initially created in Visio diagrams and then converted into the LMS. I produced standardized templates as a support for the process flows.

After everything was prepared, I had the chance to meet closely with SMEs and other stakeholders to develop a blended learning strategy, system-wide curricula, and transform the eLearning courses. Last but not least, I had meetings with the line manager of PSC University to clarify and develop the institution's mission, vision, and core values in order to advance toward the business objective for the next calendar year 2023.
